We really enjoyed making this little promo video recently for the amazing Niamh Strong and her band. Niamh is embarking on a project to bring her own stamp to the wonderful music of the legendary Eva Cassidy. Hope you enjoy the short video below. QUANGODELIC ... Not so much a band as a force of nature 👹 This funk and mayhem inspired collective have built up a cult following on Leeside and beyond, and on a bitterly cold and wet Irish night we saw just why! Boasting a 16 piece lineup 🤔 they lit up The Sextant and warmed up the enthused masses until they frothed at their collective mouths 😎 ... Not easy to capture such an atmosphere but here's our 'Taste Of' which we hope will whet your appetite for more. Watch out for their upcoming album launch and further news in the coming months. What a brilliant happy hippy bunch of folks!

We had the absolute pleasure of the company of two legends of Irish Music recently - Don Baker & Rob Strong ahead of their upcoming Irish Tour. Check out our mini-rockumentary below - we hope it gives you the urge to get out and see these guys over the coming months!

Along with their brilliant band and guests, including Sal Urbano, Hugh O'Neill, Richie Malone (of Status Quo) and Glenn Baker, we spent a couple of terrific days at Jealoustown Recording Studios - run by another master at work - Stuart Gray.

Thanks also to tour manager Paul Holland, and to Shea Wolf, Fionn Wright & Sean Smith for their superb work on this project!

Here is our short feature on Dry Roasted Peanuts - great music interspersed with dubious philosophy 🙂 This Cork based indie rock band are on the rise, no doubt about it. They are former winners of the UCC and Inter-varsities Battle of the Bands. Their combination of gut-felt lyrics and addictive riffs, along with proper punk attitude and a wild look in their eyes make them ones to watch! We hope you get a feel for the live experience of Dry Roasted Peanuts here, if you do tell your friends and get out and see them!

They played with infectious enthusiasm and there was a great buzz from their performance. These lads work hard, practice all night and have a great attitude. Mallow based original rock group Stay. Formed in late 2014 they are Lukasz Komonski, ‘Aido’ Adrian O’Connor, Colum Regan, Lukasz Kosowski & Daithi O`Laoghaire. They have been compared in style to such acts as Band of Horses, Bruce Springsteen, Rival Sons, Shine Down and the late great Tom Petty. Check them out here and catch them live when you can.
