Cloughjordan Community Farm A community owned farm on the Tipperary/Offaly border. Cloughjordan Community farm is community owned mixed farm in operation since 2008.

Cloughjordan Community Farm will be taking part in Féile na nÚll the apple festival in the Cloughjordan Ecovillage on the 20th - it will be a good time to visit us.

Saturday the 20th of September is a great time to visit us in Cloughjordan - Féile na nÚll, our annual community apple festival, it's a celebration of all things apple and community! Kicking off at 12:00 pm at WeCreate Centre in Cloughjordan Ecovillage.

A highlight of the festival is the apple pressing. Bring your own apples and containers for freshly squeezed juice! There is apple bake contest, tours of the Ecovillage and for those keen to learn, engaging talks will be offered during the day, providing a chance to connect with the local community and discover more about sustainability. Check out the Orchard Thieves and Bake Off Chefs from Cloughjordan Circus Club, or participate in a ClotheSwap with a difference!

Starting at the Community Farm tomorrow afternoon the next Cloughjordan Ecovillage Biodiversity Week event as part of the National Biodiversity Week 2025

Tomorrow afternoon as part of National Biodiversity Week 2025 the next session at the Ecovillage is MEET THE BUTTERFLIES.

Learn about Ireland's Butterfly Monitoring Scheme and the butterflies you might spot around Cloughjordan. Rachel Vaughan and Brendan Sheehan will begin with an introductory talk before leading a walk through Cloughjordan Ecovillage (weather permitting) to find and identify them.
