Helena is a 20-year-old from Tipperary Town and a second-year Criminal Justice student at the University of Limerick. She has a strong passion for running, recently completing the Great Limerick Run Half Marathon while also raising funds for both Breast Cancer Ireland and the Irish Heart Foundation. Outside of her studies, Helena has a keen interest in music and plays both the violin and piano, reflecting her love of music. She balances her busy college life with a part-time job. Helena also has a love for travel and enjoys experiencing different countries, immersing herself in new cultures, and making the most of every opportunity to explore.
