Inis Artists Inis Artists comprises both professional and highly talented artists based in Clare. The society was formed to promote visual art widely in many counties.

Inis Artists includes some of the major representational artists in Clare today. Inis Artists comprises 15 visual artists based in Clare working in a wide variety of media and styles. The society was formed to promote visual art not only in Clare but throughout Munster & the west of Ireland and to this end have exhibited widely in many counties.

Inis Artists, in collaboration with Clare County Council’s Biodiversity Office and Creative Ireland Clare, present an art exhibition highlighting the conservation of the endangered Lesser Horseshoe Bat.
The exhibition runs from Aug 10th to Aug 24th at Bank of Ireland on the corner of Bedford Row, Limerick City.
It will coincide with National Heritage Week 2026.

This summer, Inis Artists are delighted to find ourselves on the west end of Lough Derg, in the beautiful town of Scarriff, Co. Clare.
Our latest exhibition will be hanging in Scarriff Public Library from 6th July to 4th August, bringing a fresh collection of artwork inspired by the landscapes, colours, and character of the Midwest.
If you’re in the area, we’d love for you to drop in, enjoy the work, and support your local artists. It’s a lovely spot for a quiet browse and a perfect excuse for a day out by the lake.

Due to unforeseeable circumstances, the Inis Artists exhibition at the wonderful Roots Café & Bistro, Kilcolgan has been cancelled and will not be continuing. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the management and staff for all their help, support, and generosity over the past few years. It has always been a pleasure to work with you.
We would also like to thank everyone who visited the exhibition, shared kind words, and purchased artwork from near and far. Your encouragement means a great deal to our group, and we deeply appreciate every bit of support.
