*The Art of Discovery Coming to Letterkenny this September*

Women's Collective Ireland-Donegal are delighted to be offering the Art of Discovery programme. This is a FREE 6-week wellbeing and support programme for women who have experienced a cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years. The programme is a relaxed and empowering space for women to take time out for themselves, engage in mindful art activities, with the opportunity to connect with other women building solidarity and friendly support networks in your community.

Over the sessions you will explore a range of art materials and themes designed to nurture self-expression, reflection, and personal discovery. The programme is facilitated by Geraldine of The Avant Garden Artist and HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist.

Starts on Thursday 17th September 6.30-8.30pm and will be held in Cara House Family Resource Centre in Letterkenny. The Art of Discovery in Stranorlar- A wellbeing and Support Programme for Women Who Have Experienced a Cancer Diagnosis.

Women's Collective Ireland-Donegal are delighted to be offering the Art of Discovery programme this September. This is a FREE 6-week wellbeing and support programme for women who have experienced a cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years. (Please note while priority will be given to this target group, any remaining places will be offered to women outside the diagnosis years range).

This programme will be a relaxed and empowering space for women to take time out for themselves, engage in mindful art activities, with the opportunity to connect with other women building solidarity and friendly support networks in your community.

The programme will be facilitated by Geraldine Timlin, Artist and HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist. Over the sessions exploring a range of art materials and themes designed to nurture self-expression, reflection, and personal discovery.

Starts on Tuesday 15th September 6.30-8.30pm in the Finn Valley FRC in Stranorlar. A fabulous day yesterday at Downstrands Family Resource Centre in Portnoo with a full group for the Creative Flow class!

We spent the morning connecting with nature, gathering natural materials, and transforming them into unique pieces of artwork. It was wonderful to see everyone's creativity flourish, and the finished creations were simply beautiful.
