Birr Vintage Week and Arts Festival Master classes
This year we are offering two Master classes, both set in the beautiful grounds of Birr Castle and using the pavilion as a base.
Plein Air Masterclass with Neal Greig A.R.U.A.
Acclaimed landscape painter Neal Greig will be leading a Plein Air Master class in the same setting as the 2017 Painting the Nation final. Neal is a multi award winning painter, including the prestigious Po***ck Krastner award , and is a tutor at the Dublin Plein Air Festival.
Saturday August 3rd 10am -4.30pm - cost €25
Pinhole Photography Master class with Harry Moore
Harry Moore has spent many years developing his own take on pinhole photography, producing large format time based works . In this two day Master class he will introduce you to the medium and you will develop your own images.
Thursday and Friday August 8th and 9th 10am - 4.30pm. Cost €60, all materials are supplied.

The Courtyard will be open for wine, prosecco, teas, coffees and hot dogs!!!
