We are holding an Autumn Show Jumping League from October in the new arena (30m x 60m)
The idea is to have a fun and relaxed introduction to competition. There will be four classes:
Class 1) >45cm (Can be led)
Class 2) 45 - 60cm
Class 3) 60 - 80cm
Class 4) 80 - 90cm
All Georgia's pupils who can jump are encouraged to participate in the league and riders who are not her pupils will also be welcomed
. Georgia's pupils can jump on the pony that they use here for lessons and those who have their own pony can bring it to jump if they want to. Rosettes will be awarded for double clear rounds. Classes start at 11 O' Clock. The provisional dates are:
October 7th
October 21st
November 4th
November 11th
November 18th
November 25th
The final will be on 9th December. To be in with a chance of winning the League riders need to jump in 3 of the 6 weeks plus the final on the same pony/horse. Prizes will be in the final and will be €50 for first place, €30 for second place, and €20 for third place. Members of the Shiels family (Cathal, Ruadhán & Sahnya) will NOT be in the competition. Please call to book in before 6pm the Saturday before competition.
