Aviva keep coming back to us, and their staff Christmas party is one where we ran the production side.

A staff Christmas event lives or dies on the room and the running order. Get the venue right for the size and mood of the group, dress it properly, and the night carries itself from the first drink to the last song. The people who organised it should be able to hand the whole thing over and spend the night with their colleagues.

Nobody wants to be the one checking the schedule while everyone else is on the dance floor.

What a day at Colour Run 2026! 🎨🌈

The energy was brilliant from the moment the fun began. There were inflatables, football challenges, giant bubbles and plenty to keep everyone entertained before the Colour Run got underway.

Then came the main event, with runners of all ages making their way through clouds of blue, pink, purple and orange powder. There were plenty of smiles, laughs and colourful reactions along the route!

It was exactly the kind of lively, action-packed day we love to see come together at Fusion Events.

A gala dinner is carried by the things nobody notices when they go right: a room that suits the group rather than the photograph, and a running order that holds the energy the whole way through the speeches. Then the lights drop, and every head in the room lifts.

Doing it a second time is the harder job, because by then there is a standard to beat. We quite like that.

We transformed The O***m into the ultimate setting for a relaxed corporate Summer BBQ, complete with an oriental-inspired feast, live music, and immersive experiences.

Guests enjoyed a delicious BBQ with an oriental twist, stepped into the latest AI experience where they were transformed into their favourite characters, and soaked up the atmosphere as strolling sax and bongos interacted with guests, accompanying the DJ with the hottest summer soundtrack.

A perfect blend of great food, incredible entertainment, and laid-back summer energy.

From the entertainment and activities to the atmosphere throughout the event, every detail came together to create a memorable summer celebration for the EY team.

We're live at The Square in Tallaght for Community Services Day! ☀️

Come take a walk around with us. There's a DJ setting the vibe, a full carnival with games and prizes to be won, giant slides, face painters, and a Spider-Man obstacle course to welcome the new movie.

The local services are out in force too: Dublin Bus, Go-Ahead's FM104 roadcaster, Bumbleance, the National Ambulance, the fire brigade with their vintage American-style fire trucks, and the brand new Oopsie Daisies playground for the little ones.

Tallaght Garda Station is even opening its doors, so you can see how it all runs and take a look inside one of the cells. Hopefully the only visit you'll ever need! 🚓
