Now, meet Samodia Rosso.
A natural and organic red from the hills of Emilia-Romagna in Italy, highly recommended by Brian’s Wines.
There’s a great story behind this bottle. Jacopo Stigliano and Flavio Restani are bringing old and abandoned vineyards back to life, protecting local grape varieties and working organically with the land rather than against it.
In the cellar, that same philosophy continues — natural fermentation, no filtering and no added sulphites. Less intervention, more of the vineyard and the grapes coming through in the glass.
Fresh red fruit, herbs and a slightly wild, rustic edge. This is one to swirl, smell, taste and take your time with.
A bottle rooted in its place, its grapes and the people bringing those old vineyards back to life. Definitely one worth slowing down for. 🍷
