Lynda Christian Artist My art ranges from innovative, unique recycled metal sculptures to mixed media pieces. I am not making much metal these days, an occasional few pieces randomly.

Thank you for all your support. Originally from Co. Wicklow I am an Irish Artist based in the twin towns of Ballina/Killaloe at the southern end of Lough Derg. Killaloe was once the capital of Ireland during Brian Boru's reign, The High King of Ireland. Living here is a joy and a privilege, a place full of inspiration, both magical and actual with a wonderfully supportive community. My art ranges

I enjoy using many mediums including recycled metals through oils to watercolours, pen \'n\' ink sketches and photography, sometimes mixing these together. http://www.lyndachristian.com/gallery_2.html


All pieces are handmade and will vary in exact size and colouring. I can make similar as in a set but not exact copies. Prices will also vary with size, amount of details such as bows and / or pine cones, amount of flowers, etc which why pricing is difficult. All pieces are unique. Some of my pieces include Rose Trees of varying heights circa 2 meters depending on transportation to venue , Welcome/Friendship Rings (varying diameters), flowers up to1 meter in diameter, either individually or in vines to 'climb' along a garden wall, pieces featuring old/dis-guarded garden tools, to broaches.

Fox has brought a large appetite with him/her this morning and is looking wonderful. Such a beautiful coat with a cheeky foxy twinkle in its eyes.

A grumpy fox was sitting waiting on second breakfast. I went to the craft fair in Lakeside Hotel which is on today. Well worth a visit.

Fox after staying some time in garden eating breakfast has gone to maybe a dryer sheltered spot. Looking really good in its wonderful coat.

Fox is still sitting or lying down on back grass watching and waiting re grub. There's a rook beside the fox hoping to get any scraps.

Fox is stocking up on grub and staying put. Wonder if there's cold winter weather on its way?
