🌸Say Aloha to a week of tropical fun and island adventure at our Lilo & Stitch / Moana 2 Summer camp 🌸

Campers will dive into the world of Lilo & Stitch and Moana 2 through dancing, singing and acting. This high energy camp will blend island rhythms, beachy vibes and spacey silliness as campers learn creative choreography, play themed games and explore friendship and imagination through music and drama. Students will also enjoy learning about Hawaiian culture and traditions 🌺.

All campers will receive a Studio 55 “Camp Aloha” T-shirt on the first day and a certificate of completion at the end of the week.

✨Enrolling now for our Stagefright Drama & Performance classes✨

STAGEFRIGHT Drama & Performance classes are designed to develop a students life skills, such as clear communication, self-confidence and teamwork, through the creative platforms of drama, literature, music & dance. Classes also offer opportunities to improve self-expression, strengthen memory and, most importantly, have fun!

Studio 55 are thrilled to now be affiliated with LAMDA, (The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) a world-leading drama school and examinations provider, training and inspiring exceptional artists for over 160 years.
We are also members of the Speech & Drama teachers of Ireland and we had a 100% success rate with our musical theatre exams with the Irish Board of Speech & Drama this year with every student receiving either first class honours or a distinction.

STAGEFRIGHT weekly drama & performance classes are the perfect place for your aspiring performers to stretch their creative muscles. Our classes are designed to refine and polish skills in all aspects of the performing arts – singing, dancing and acting. What’s more, built into our acting strand, we offer LAMDA and The Irish board of speech and drama exam tuition in both drama and musical theatre.

Classes will run every Wednesday at the following times:

✨5pm-6pm - Ages 6-9
✨6pm-7pm - Ages 9-12
✨7pm-8pm - Ages 13+

€75 per 7 week term, 50% sibling/additional class discount.

Our current members have been busy booking back into their classes over the last few days. We have limited places left in most classes with some being full already.

45 minute class = €65 per 7 week term
60 minute class = €75 per 7 week term

It is our goal here at Studio 55 to create a welcoming environment where every student regardless of ability or skill level can learn, be confident and above all have fun while nurturing a love and respect for the art of dance and the performing arts. We offer classes in all styles of dance technique, drama & performing arts in our non competitive & inclusive studio.

Here at Studio 55 we just love to perform and our students take to the stage not once but twice ( maybe even three times 😉 ) within the same year. We host workshops throughout the year and we encourage our students to get involved with other projects that we work on such as with our own separate company - Studio 55 Productions or with local musical societies, pantos and concerts.

Throughout the year we also take part in various public performances and we host seasonal discos and events as well as tours to see professional shows in Dublin.

We offer students the opportunity to take exams with the Associated Board of Dance, The Irish Board of Dance Performance & Speech and Drama and now with LAMDA - The London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art.

We have now added two extra workshops to cater for children aged 6-9 and 12+

✨🌟 Join us on the 12th & 13th of August for a Taylor Swift Eras Tour Dance Workshop @ Studio 55 Dance Academy, Bridgewater SC, Arklow! ✨🌟

🪩 Get ready to learn the iconic hits and signature dance moves of Taylor Swift, from chart-topping singles to beloved fan favorites as we embark on a special journey through the iconic eras of Taylor Swift’s career. 👢From her country roots to her pop superstar status 🎤, we will learn choreography inspired from her incredible world tour 🌍 and music videos 🎬.

✨Led by Martina Lynch (four times Aims nominee for Best Choreographer in Ireland), our workshop will combine warm ups and stretching, across the floor combos, eras tour choreography sessions and stage performance techniques. ✨

The workshop is for children aged 6-9 and 12-18 and it’s €40 per person - open to studio members and non members.

Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on the chance to spark your child’s love for dance and music in a safe and inclusive environment.
