We tend to spend a lot of time upside down and get accustomed well. It takes practice and time but once you are comfortable doing inversions a whole new world opens up!

Let's play a game of circus tag and inspire each other. To join follow these easy steps:

1. Post a move or pose for others to recreate.

2. Tag NakedAerial so we can make a move collection.

3. Tag & challenge fellow aerialists/artist.

4. Recreate the post & tag your challenger.

5. Choose a new move and go back to 1.

*be aware of the difficulty
*recreate a regression if necessary

Aerial silks requires precision, trust in the equipment and your own capability and a good understanding of your own strength and abillities.
Aerial silks doubles, double the effort required. You need to trust your partner and synchronize your own movement, breathing and momentum with each other. You need to understand your partner's abilities and limitations and support each other's movements with intuition and control.
In doubles you are not only responsible for your own safety but also for your partner's.
However, having the chance to work closely with someone and create a graceful and 'awe-spiring' dance in the air is a feeling one cannot describe in simple words
It opens up a whole new world of interaction, connection and movement and elevates one's relationship to a different level.

Throwback to 's aerial hoop routine at the Aerial Universe Championship Zagreb 2019.
Unfortunately, this year's event was cancelled for us but we are looking forward to new challenges.
Sometimes we need to challenge ourselves and bring out a different side of us.

Throwback to our "Greatest Show" in Bleiburg. We always feel excited when we are invited to perform with fellow artists.
We loved watching our junior aerialists and look at that 1 arm throw entry by .beyondsystems. We can't wait to go back on stage and hopefully get to share it with other amazing artists as well.
But for now we will keep you guys entertained with some "throw back" ✌

Of course, when the NakedAerial team is hangging out at the beach they are hanging "off something".
We love the beach, sun and most of all silks. So we decided to have a little Sea Sun Silks session "onshore". But don't worry, SSS21 is coming for sure!

We got the chance to be part of an amazing project. Stay tuned and thank you for the opportunity..
As you can see the real talent only shone through behind the scenes and we definitely didn't have any fun.. 🤣 we are definitely born to hair model..
Excited for the results.. if you want to join a class or find out more about Fly High Yoga watch out for 's classes and workshops or check the official IG handle.
For now get's to be pretty in the belt only but we think she deserves an assistant degree soon.
