Family, the eclipse has passed, and the energetic waters are finally settling ✨ The heavy clearing of the past weeks is quietly shifting into a space of integration, grounding, and gentle renewal.

Whatever was revealed during the eclipse wasn’t meant to break you but to simply clear space for you to land back into the divine truth of who you are. You don’t need to strive or fix anything right now; rest itself is the medicine as this new month begins.

How has our first video landed in your heart, family? 🤍Worthiness and shame are things we have both journeyed with deeply in our lives.

Growing up in the UK, it can feel like shame is woven into the culture from childhood, quietly shaping how we see ourselves as we grow into adults.

The ego finds so many ways to seek worthiness — through our peers, our clothes, our status, the characters we play, and the image we create of ourselves.
Yet when we begin to release this shame and move into a deeper acceptance and love of who we are, something begins to open.

We meet ourselves with more compassion.
We have more compassion for others.
And we begin to remember the truth and power already within us.

I remember, in recent years, swimming naked in the ocean, with the sun’s rays shining down.

A soft inner voice whispered:
“Child, God’s light shines upon you.”
I squirmed inside.

So much of my being couldn’t accept it. So much of me felt unworthy, flawed, and like a constant work in progress.

It took that moment to realise how deeply we can carry the illusion that we must earn our place here.

But the truth is simple:
We are all inherently worthy of love, just as we are.
These videos are truly at the core of our offering to the world.

Every two weeks on YouTube, we’ll be sharing a new 1-hour immersion — a space to slow down, turn inward, and drop into the presence of your being.

How has our first video landed in your heart, family? 🤍Worthiness and shame are things we have both journeyed with deeply in our lives.

Just as you arrived into this world, your existence has always been sacred. Your worth was never something given to you by this world, and therefore, it is not something the world can ever take away. Long before you had anything to prove, achieve, or uphold, you were already complete.

As many of you know, our journey really started on YouTube; it holds so much of our heart, and today marks the beginning of a powerful new chapter of bi weekly YouTube videos! Where have we been? The last six months took me through a rehabilitation journey I never expected. I lost my voice completely, and what followed was six months of vocal rehabilitation, learning, healing, waiting, and trusting.

For a while, it was scary. There were so many moments of wondering, will my voice come back? Will I sing again in the way I always have?

Singing has been with me since I was able to speak. My voice has always felt like such a deep part of who I am, so being without it asked me to find a completely different kind of trust.

Trust in my body. Trust in the timing of life. Trust that all was unfolding as it should, even when I couldn’t yet see where it was leading.
And in the space that opened up when we were forced to stop, so much came to the surface.

There was so much emotional work. So much deep family healing. Things that had been carried for years finally had the space to be seen, felt and processed.
Looking back now, I can see that this chapter became about so much more than healing my voice.

It taught me to listen differently. To my body, to life, to the things underneath the surface. To stop fighting what was happening and instead ask what it might be here to teach me.
And now, we’re on the other side of it.

My voice is back. We are back. And I feel stronger than ever 🤍

There is so much newness around us, so much inspiration, and so much that has been quietly growing while we’ve been away.

And it feels SO good to finally be able to say… we’re creating again.

Next week we’ll be sharing a new video transmission from the Mother Ocean 🌊 the first of so much new music and creation that we cannot wait to share with you.

We’re back, family, and we are so, so excited for what’s coming

This has always been the intention behind creating music, to offer a space where you can pause, breathe, reconnect, and simply be.

Reading your messages over the past few days has filled our hearts with gratitude and joy. Knowing these songs are becoming part of your sleep, your mornings, your meditations, and your quiet moments means more to us than we could ever put into words.

This release feels like a beautiful full-circle moment for our little family, and at the same time, it feels like the beginning of something new. We already have so many beautiful projects growing behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to share them with you when the time is right. 🌿
