Today the silence remains. The fringe is aggressive and beautiful.
Feeling exhausted and energised 🤷‍♀️ - performing everyday is a dream full of reality, leaving bruises and marks. A romantic dream, if it was all about being on the stage everyday... but there are so much. Going beyond exhaustion and just... loving it, while it kills me softly. I met so many amazing people! Brilliant artists, and people from everywhere. A huge thank you for each person who came to watch the show and for each one who gave so much support. Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank YOU. That’s a wrap. It was magical. On the train back to... 💙. 📸 Alex Brenner .

A breathtaking one-woman show at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival. 2nd -26th (no performance on the 14th) at PQA venues, Riddles Court, at 8pm.

When a whale beaches on the London Underground, all hell breaks loose, and communication is suddenly cut off. A hilarious and poetical one-woman’s surreal trip through the unintelligible babble of London, where one character becomes many, all with different accents and personal stories - bound together by their sense of displacement and their desire to reach the same destination. A show about migration, identity, and language. This original script is based on a series of interviews with people of different nationalities.

Catch me in Edinburgh 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

An attempt at arrival... but there is a whale on the London underground.

Surreal, poetical and very funny. One-woman: many characters, accents and stories.

A hilarious and poetical show about migration, identity, and language.

We’re always on the lookout for the new and unusual stuff when it comes to covering the Fringe, and it sounds like ‘There She Is’ definitely falls into that category. It’s a recently developed piece with a rather quirky central conceit – a whale being beached on the London underground – ...
