IOEF adalah festival orkestra dan ensemble pertama di Indonesia, yang bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat di bidang musik, khususnya orkestra dan ensemble. Acara ini diinisiasi oleh Musicmind, sebuah event organizer yang berfokus di bidang music education (founder: Dr. Nathania Karina dan Felicia Satyadi, S. Sn.), juga oleh Trinity Youth Symphony Orchestra yang berperan sebagai sponsor utama da

n home orchestra IOEF 2016, serta didukung penuh oleh Trinity Optima Production. Seluruh pengunjung memiliki akses bebas ke segala workshop, showcase, dan gala konser.
