It was pretty tough to decide what I should try from , since everything looks really beautiful and delish ๐. Eventually, I ended up with these 2 specialities - Salted Butter Caramel Eclair and Wasabi Macaron.
This eclair has been their best seller ever since they opened their shop and it's indeed right. The eclair is sooo good! The shell is firm yet soft (but not soggy), the filling is creamy and light in texture, and the taste of the salted butter caramel is just right - not too bitter, not too salty.
As for the macaron, I actually am not a big fan of wasabi since the heat can be pretty intense. But in this macaron, the heat of the wasabi in the ganache tastes really nice and refreshing. It's subtle, but you still can taste it. Also, the texture of the macaron is perfect - crunchy outside, soft and moist inside, and it's not overly sweet.
Without any doubt, these are super good and amazing! I really really enjoyed them! โค Totally worth the visit, so have this place in your list if you are going to Taiwan ๐
