[Dev Diary Vol. 2️⃣] Inheritance and Innovation

Following Vol. 1, we received countless responses from everyone, which made us feel both terrified and moved. Today, we want to give you a clearer look at what AutoChess Hero has to offer.

In the world of AutoChess Hero, you will encounter all the familiar and beloved heroes from the AutoChess universe. The familiar jungles, snowy plains, and caves will return, more vibrant than ever, serving as your strategic battlegrounds.

This is a deep world focused on strategy, synergy, and hero composition. While we retain the accessible shell of "auto-battle," the core experience is a global strategic showdown on a unified server. Whether you seek the thrill of crushing opponents in PvP competition or the joy of exploration in our rich PvE content, AutoChess Hero delivers.

It is the world you remember, yet a completely new strategic challenge.

⚙ 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 - Sep. 8

The server will be under maintenance on Sep. 8, 15:00 (UTC+8) for approximately 3 hours. The matchmaking system will be closed at 14:00 (UTC+8). During the maintenance, you cannot log in to the game. After the maintenance is complete, you need to download a resource update package to experience the new content.

1. New Test Country: Brazil
2. New In-game Languages: Spanish, Portuguese

[New Hero]
Ability 1 - Summon Flying Dragon
Summons an uncontrollable Flying Dragon that will constantly attack enemies within range. The Flying Dragon's ATK is equal to 0.8%/1.6%/2.4%/3.2% of the hero's Max HP+10% of the hero's ATK+40/60/80/100. After 5 attacks, the Flying Dragon will increase its ATK Speed by 30.

Ability 2 - Wild Strike
Eagles' next base attack will become two quick attacks, slowing down the enemies by 80% for 1.5s.

Ability 3 - Hunter Mark
Eagles marks an enemy hero, reducing their Armor by 6/8/10/12 for 4s. In the duration, the Flying Dragon attacks the marked enemy first, and its Movement Speed is increased by 30%.

Ability 4 - Wild Hunt
Eagles stimulates the hunting instinct of himself and Flying Dragon, increasing ATK Speed by 30/45/60, Movement Speed by 35%, and Max HP by 500/750/1000 for 12s.

[Balance]
1. Dwaft Sniper
Bonus ATK Growth per Level: 7 → 6
Grapeshot Shooting: The damage dealt by the last second grapeshots is decreased by 50% → 30%

2. Dominator
Bonus ATK Growth per Level: 7 → 6
Sword Field(Ability Duration): 4s/4.5s/5s → 3.5s/4s/4.5s

3. Thunder Trace
Shock Orb: The damage dealt by subsequent orbs is decreased by 50% → 30%
Ball Lightning(Ability Cooldown): 2s → 3s

4. Flame Wizard
Flaming Core: Speed up the ability shot time

5. Avenge Knight
Seal Battlefield: Killing by her Ultimate Ability can increase ATK by 5/10/15 → 10/10/10
Seal Battlefield (Ability Cooldown): 80s → 65s

6. Redaxe Chief
Gaulke Will: Movement Speed is increased by 10% → 15%
Chief's Roar (Ability Cooldown): 24s/21s/18s/15s → 19s/17s/15s/13s

7. Egersis Ranger
Bonus ATK Growth per Level: 7 → 6

8. Swordman
Bonus ATK Growth per Level: 7 → 6

[Optimization]
1. Optimized the logic of the matchmaking

[Bug Fixes]
1. Fixed an issue whereby the extra damage dealt by Epigraph Sword could trigger the total amount of damage of item effects.

In the next patch, new country, 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐥 will be included in the Beta Test. Players in Brazil can download AutoChess Moba on Google Play or TapTap.

⚙Online Update⚙

There will be an online update at 10:00 on August 25, 2022 (UTC+8) for approximately 25 minutes.The online update will not affect match, battle, or other in-game functions. During the online updating period, some players may be slightly affected by network fluctuations or network latency. After completing the update, you can restart the game to experience the new game content.

Update Details:

[New Hero]
Sacred Lancer
Ability 1 -Fated Bloodthirsty Spear
Throws the Magic Lance forward, dealing 70/85/100/115 magical damage to enemies on the path and inflicting the Bloodthirsty status on them. When launching base attacks on the enemy, Skar'du increases the stack of Bloodthirsty and deals extra magical damage equal to 10/15/20/25*number of stacks. Each time attacking enemies with the Bloodthirsty status, Skar'du loses 3% of max HP. Casting the ability again can detonate the Bloodthirsty stacks on the enemies and deal pure damage equal to 25/30/35/40*number of stacks.

Ability 2 - Demonicy Frozen Blood
Skardu's glacier bloodline renders her to increase ATK Speed and HP Regen based on the HP lost.

Ability 3 –Unyielding Stance
After active casting, instantly increases 500 HP, 30 ATK, 20% Movement Speed, and 30% Magic Resistance for 8s, and loses 75 HP per second. The ability will end after re-casting.

Ability 4 – Shattered Doomsday
Skar'du leaps into the air, pauses for a short time and then rushes the target area, dealing 200/300/400 magical damage to enemy heroes in the area and inflicting Slowdown for 4s.

Greetings,

In the next patch, three new countries, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia will be included in the Beta Test. Players in these countries can download AutoChess Moba on Google Play. New language - Indonesian Language will be available to switch as the patch rolls online.

At the same time, we’ll release the second new hero, believe her chivalric spirit will impress you!

Welcome to the Regional Beta in the Philippines! The test will start on Aug 11 at 10:00 (UTC+8).

1. Hero Previews
- Upper Lane: Egersis Ranger, Swordman, Dominator, Dwarf Sniper
- Mid Lane: God of Thunder, Thunder Trace, Flame Wizard, Dualplot
- Base Lane: Redaxe Chief, Doom Arbiter, Avenge Knight, Tsunami Stalker
- Roam: Sky Breaker, Sunchaser Shaman, Sunchaser Servant, Soul Breaker
- Support: Warpwood Sage, Grimtouch, The Source, Defector

There will be more new heroes introduced in the following patches, and all the heroes can be unlocked for free in Ranked mode.

2. Ranking System
Players can join Ranked to win Ranked Points. The more your Ranked Points accumulate, the higher your Rank advances.
More rewards such as new heroes, skins, Rank Protection Cards, avatars, and chests will be unlocked, as your Rank increases.
Draft Pick will be open when you reach Bishop Ⅸ. Each team can ban ONE hero in Draft Pick.

3. Match Modes
We released FOUR modes: Ranked, Casual, Training, and Custom.

4. Friends & Team-up
After adding friends, you can invite them to fight alongside you.

5. Communication Function
You can communicate with others by sending texts, audio texts, or joining a squad for voice chat.

6. Report Feature
To ensure a fair and positive gaming environment, you can report any players who conduct the following violations, Verbal Abuse, Toxic Speech, Trolling, Intentional Feeding, etc. We will impose penalties on violators in light of the seriousness of their violations.

7. Daily Chests
Players can claim 5 daily chests each day after fulfilling the requirements. You can gain glorious rewards from the chests, including:
- First Daily Chest: Crystal*100
- Second Daily Chest: Herald Treasure*1
- Third Daily Chest: Hero Skin Trial Card [Rare]*1
- Fourth Daily Chest: Herald Treasure*1
- Fifth Daily Chest: Rank Protection Card*1

The historical data such as Rank, Chests, and so forth in your game account will be reset when the Regional Beta ends.
