Jurus Tangan Kosong (Lagar)

Jurus Tangan Kosong ini merupakan gabungan gerak dasar yang terdiri dari 3 pola langkah sebagai strategi menentukan jarak dengan lawan (langkah pasagi sebagai kontak satu tangan, langkah segitilu sebagai kontak tangan dan kaki, dan langkah lima sebagai kontak seluruh tubuh).
Bentuk tangan dibagi ke dalam: Cara menerima serangan/Bela serang (pasif/defensive), Serang bela (aktif/offensive), dan Serang dalam bela (ambreg, offensive in defensive).
Disini juga melatih pembiasaan belaan dalam suliwa dan serangan dalam jurus/soja. Juga penerapan prinsip tangan ke kaki dan sebaliknya.

Empty handed Jurus (Lagar)

This Empty Hand jurus features the combination of basic motions that are exposed from 3 step patterns on any strategy of distance with the opponent (Pasagi/square as one hand contact, jurutilu/trisngle mid close combat as hand and foot contact, and Sekurung/daimond where the contact is all over the body).
The basic of hand moving: Defense and attack (passive/defensive), Attack and defense (active/offensive), and Attack in defense (ambreg, offensive in defensive).
Here is also a training for habituation of defensive in suliwa and attack in the jurus/ soja. Also the applying the principle of hands to feet and as the opposite too.
