This special class is designed specially for postpartum moms who want to move, reconnect with their body, and stay close to their little one — without needing to leave them behind. Eligible for babies start from 3months old to 5 years old. Make sure you don’t have medical conditions such as: intercontinence prolapse, open wound scar,
This class combines mindful movement from yoga, pilates, and light strength training to help improve core strength, posture, mobility, and overall body balance in a safe and nurturing environment for both mom and baby.
No pressure, no perfect timing — feed breaks, cuddles, giggles, and baby noises are always welcome here 🤍

⚠️ Please Read Before Joining
For safety and comfort, this class is recommended only for moms who:
* have received clearance to exercise from their doctor/midwife
* are no longer experiencing heavy bleeding
* have properly healed C-section or birth stitches/wounds
* do not currently have medical conditions that restrict physical activity
Please consult your healthcare provider first if you experience:
* severe pelvic/back pain
* dizziness or shortness of breath
* postpartum hypertension/preeclampsia
* infection or fever
* heavy bleeding
* severe diastasis recti or pelvic floor symptoms
* any postpartum complications requiring rest or treatment
