Hello everyone! Today, we will discuss chicken dissection. First, we cut the chicken open and remove the organs like the liver, gizzard, and intestines. After that, we separate the liver, gizzard, and intestines. Then, we clean the chicken pela by splitting the pela and removing the dirt. After the pela is clean, we just need to clean the intestines.
