Last week we had a second round of negotiations with our favourite potential partner. A little tip - one of their hotels is located behind Sidemen in an amaaaazing location with an unforgettable view. It went very well for both sides) 😉
This week we are going to agree on the final decision.

As you remember, last week we had a very successful meeting with one of our favourite hotels. Tomorrow is our next round of negotiations with the same hotel. We spent the hole week preparing for it.

Here is our weekly news on how the project preparation is going!

Today I attended the negotiations at the very uniques hotel which is interested to cooperate with us. Next week we are going to have final round of negotiations. And, if everything is okay we will start working on the scenario ASAP 🥳🥳

In the meantime, we continue looking for other venues and making connections with tour operators to promote performances we create 🤝🤝

Is it challenging to launch a new project in a new country?

Yes! 😅

When a project is entirely new, and it has not yet managed to establish itself on the market, everyone looks at it with fear and doubts whether it is worth investing in it and whether it is worth trusting the people who develop it. Therefore, when starting any project from scratch, an important part is to build trust and convince potential partners, providers and customers that we are worth trusting us.

Is it challenging to launch a new project in a new country?

Yes very. Do we have doubts about success? Not a second.
To reach the goal, you have to go!

hat kind of project is this - "Host Theatre"?

A theatre where there are no chairs and the scenery is the interiors of the best five-star hotels.

Here our guests are always welcome and greeted with a glass of sparkling wine.

The most exciting stories will be told in the format of a theatrical play.

The premiere of the first performance took place in September 2019 in Moscow, and branches began to open in different cities and countries.

We have three main components:

1. The rich history of the place where the performance will occur.

2. Full immersion and high level of service.

3. Exclusive is a particular reason for dignity: in each of the locations, we find ourselves with guests where they can’t get without us.

How can we find the actors?

Our task is to create an international team consisting of local and visiting actors and masters. Therefore, we are looking for our performers everywhere!

For example, we visit local theatre spectacles to find players and performers.

We attend various theatre schools and improvisation classes and work with other participants, casting them for our project simultaneously.

At this stage, there are already about 40 actors and masters in our database, and we continue to expand our squad!

How did the «Host.Bali» team search for locations for the performances?

We looked at all the 5-star hotels on the island on Google maps. There are about fifty of them here.

After we added all the hotels to the spreadsheet, we determined which ones suited us the most. Then we began to drive to the hotels scattered around the island.

Our team visited every 5-star hotel on the island and selected the top 15 meeting the criteria.

Now we are negotiating with these hotels to choose the top 2 from them, in which the first performances of our project will appear.
