MOHÁCS500 - Happy to share the completion of our latest major data visualization project.

The project showcases fresh research on the participants of the Battle of Mohács, the military campaign and its story, based on contemporary documents, records, and diaries, and also explores the system of Hungarian border fortresses and how it evolved over time.

Created in collaboration with the Magyar Nemzeti Levéltár/National Archives of Hungary.

New interactive piece for Uncropped. Fragile Photographic Realities at the Museum of Ethnography (Budapest) Néprajzi Múzeum: we created a custom map-based visualization and a photo-negative browser to navigate a selection from the exhibition’s archive - a collection built around 25,000 fragile glass negatives from rural Hungarian studio photography, documenting the post-WWI countryside.
