THURSDAY at OZORA: Reset. Re-align. Re-emerge.
Last year, this initiative was a beautiful shared experience, so we knew we had to continue. Thank you for being on this path with us.
On Thursday, we turn down the volume again, giving your mind and body the space to rest, ground, and recalibrate. No driving beats, just pure connection before the peak weekend.
After a night fueled by UK psytrance and Nano energy, the valley descends into something softer. From 7:00 in the morning, the Main Stage falls silent. A collective exhale before the next wave.
Here is our Thursday afternoon flow:
16:00 – 17:30 | GONG ZEN – Performed by Jens Zygar (Star Sounds Orchestra) & the Ozorian Gong Orchestra
A massive, deep sonic meditation to wash away fatigue and quiet the mind.
Gongs and the spirit of gathering have gone hand in hand since Woodstock 1969, where Christopher Tree, legendary pioneer of "Spontaneous Sound" immersive gong concerts, never reached the main stage, blocked by the enormous crowds (but he held his dawn one-man concerts anyway).
At OZORA, gongs take the Main Stage in full force, full resonance, with 42 of them. (The answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything, as Douglas Adams says. Here, we actually get to hear what it sounds like.
"Gong Zen transforms collective intention into audible resonance. When many individuals focus together inside one field of sound, the possibility of harmony begins to vibrate into reality." — Jens Zygar, gong musician, sound researcher and pioneer of planetary gong music
18:00 – 19:30 | MOVING MEDITATION – Guided by Simon Borg-Olivier ft. swanasa & Si Mullumby (Wild Marmalade)
A dynamic chill-down session to transition you from the party vibe into a meditative state supported with meditatives soundscapes and drones by hungarian sound artist swanasa and Si Mullumby with digeridoo.
Physiotherapist, yoga teacher and movement scientist Simon Borg-Olivier leads you through his 5D Flow system, breath-led sequences that build strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation without strain.
Simon teaches us to dance sustainably, treat our body with love, and reclaim energy rather than lose it. We can enter the weekend stronger, more aligned, fully present.
From there, Star Sounds Orchestra gently reopens the gate and the night begins again. A curve rather than a line.
Collapse into silence, re-emergence through frequency, acceleration into deep night psychedelia.
See you in the valley!
