Back in 2003, there was a double CD that I completely wore out. It was called 24:7, mixed by Danny Howells.

It opened up a whole new world of electronica, progressive house, leftfield and techno. One disc captured the daytime, the other the night. I knew every transition by heart, every drop and beat.

Fast forward 23 years.

Before this year's Balance Croatia Danny put together his festival set... and somehow, the Accelerando Remix of Tension found its way into it.

It's hard to put into words what that feels like.

Danny has been one of the defining names in this scene for decades, and Balance has always represented everything I love about progressive music: storytelling, atmosphere and long musical journeys.

A huge thank you to Dougal Fox and everyone at Ray Of Light Records for believing in this record.

Moments like this remind me exactly why I fell in love with making electronic music. ❤️

This week, Saturday is FREE DANCE at Békás tó, and this time I received the honorable invitation from Téboly Rév crew to play there.

Admission: FREE
Date: July 4th ⏰️18:00 - 19:00⏰️

I'll bring a good dose of progressive house and progressive breaks records to give everyone a proper break from their everyday lives 👌

There will be some really good guys playing really good music before and after too, so come and bring 1000 more people with you!

Feel free to dance, or if you just want close your eyes and travel for a good 60 minutes, you'll still know where to find us

It’s not easy alone. To make it understandable for others, to shape it, sculpt it and finally share it.

To receive criticism and feel that everything is in vain, that what you do is not worth a damn, that you are lame at what you love and will never achieve anything. (All this while, at the push of a button, AI creates something that can send decades of professional knowledge to the trash heap.)

I know how many many walls you can hit, how many unnecessary plugins and stuff you can buy, thinking that it will make it better. (No) I know how many mistakes you can make.

That’s why I always tried to help one or two of my friends with their music, so that at least it would be easier for them.

Of course, not officially, but more like that, on a friendly basis, because they wanted to move forward, and I was happy to sit down with them and help them in whatever way I could.

This year has brought some pretty big milestones to my life, and of course there has been a lot of nagging and prodding in the background, but the point is that now is the time to put this into a more organized form and give as much as I can.

So I started a small 1-on-1 mentoring program for those who work in Ableton and want to move forward, whether they are producers, vocalists or rappers/beatmakers.

➡ 60 minutes a week, live, on their own materials.

➡ Strictly in person, in Debrecen. This is not a software course, but personal mentoring.

The number of participants is quite limited, as it is a truly personalized, individual thing, and there are only a few places left for July.

I made a page where I described the program and all the useful information in detail. I will put the link in the comments.

So if you or someone you know is interested, feel free to let me know. And if you know someone who would like this, I would appreciate it, and they might be happy if you forwarded this post to them. 🙏
