contemporary art gallery based in Budapest A Rechnitzer Galéria a kortárs művészek új generációját mutatja be és képviseli.

Célja, hogy teret adjon a friss, innovatív hangoknak, és ezeknek platformot biztosítson mind hazai, mind nemzetközi szinten. A galériát Rechnitzer Zsófia alapította 2024-ben. A mind a non-profit, mind a kereskedelmi művészeti világban jártas szakember aktív szereplője a hazai kortárs művészeti életnek a 2010-es évek eleje óta. Tanulmányait a Magyar Képzőművészeti Egyetem képzőművészet- elmélet sza

kát követően a University of Warwick History and Business of the Contemporary Art Market szakán folytatta. Angliai tanulmányainak és munkatapasztalatinak köszönhetően kiterjedt tudása és rálátása van a kortárs művészet és a művészeti piac globális folyamataira. A nevét viselő galéria mellett a győri non-profit kortárs művészeti kiállítótér és műteremház, a Torula művészeti vezetője. A galéria neve egyben tiszteletadás Dr. Rechnitzer Jánosnak, a földrajztudományok nagydoktorának és a Széchenyi István Egyetem professor emeritusának, aki műgyűjtőként a képzőművészet iránti szenvedélyes elkötelezettségéről volt ismert.

ÁLLÁSLEHETŐSÉG – GALÉRIA KOORDINÁTOR

A két éve nyílt Rechnitzer Galéria a kortárs művészek új generációját képviseli és mutatja be hazai és nemzetközi színtereken. Hosszú távra keressük új munkatársunkat GALÉRIA KOORDINÁTOR munkakör betöltésére.

FŐBB FELADATOK:
• A galéria mindennapi működésének aktív támogatása és ADMINISZTRATÍV FELADATOK intézése
• ADATBÁZISOK és PORTFÓLIÓK frissítése, rendszerezése és karbantartása
• KAPCSOLATTARTÁS a galéria művészeivel, szakemberekkel és a sajtóval
• kiállítások, művészeti vásárok és események (megnyitók, tárlatvezetések, előadások) előkészítése és lebonyolítása
• A HONLAP tartalmának frissítése és szerkesztése
• SOCIAL MEDIA felületek kezelése, szöveges és vizuális tartalmak készítése
• PÁLYÁZATOK előkészítésében való részvétel és bekapcsolódás a kreatív folyamatokba

TÉGED KERESÜNK, HA:
• társadalomtudományi, művészetelméleti felsőfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel
• magabiztosan kommunikálsz angolul (legalább középfokon)
• Otthonosan használod az ADOBE PHOTOSHOPOT és az MS OFFICE programokat (különösen az Excelt!)
• önálló, megbízható és precíz vagy, aki szeret rendszerezetten dolgozni

📣 New Artist Announcement

We’re delighted to welcome 𝑬𝒎𝒎𝒂 𝑲𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 to the gallery. Emma joined us this spring, and her work was introduced to our audience in the exhibition Inner Spaces.

Emma Kling (1996)’s artistic practice centers on the processes of translation and transformation between painting, sculpture, installation, and text. She conceives of her works as open spaces of inquiry, where personal experience and theoretical research intertwine and mutually shape one another. Her paintings are created on canvas and wood, but also take the form of sculptural elements, installations, texts, and publications.
The process of self-discovery, the perception of the body, and its continuous transformation play a prominent role in her work. A recurring motif is the “snail-shaped changing room”, familiar from the beaches of Lake Balaton, which serves as a metaphor for transience, metamorphosis, and the shifting states of identity. The tension between the private and the public, the internal and the external, and protection and vulnerability is a defining organizing principle in her work. Her paintings often feature fluid forms, multiple perspectives, shadows, absence, and negative spaces. She is particularly interested in everything that remains hidden or becomes visible only indirectly: the imprints of the body, shadow as a psychological and social metaphor, and the visual representation of invisible labor and experiences.

We’re delighted to welcome Júlia Csapó to the gallery. Julcsi joined the gallery this spring, and we’re excited to share her work with you. Stay tuned for more visual insights.

Júlia CSAPÓ (1999) focuses her painting practice on exploring the complex network of relationships between the human and non-human worlds. Starting from a reinterpretation of the contemporary landscape, in recent years she has become increasingly preoccupied with the possibilities and limitations of perception and cognition. In her works, she seeks to answer whether a genuine connection can be established between human and non-human beings, and if so, in what form this relationship can be experienced.

Her paintings are points of intersection between various visual and conceptual sources. Geological and biological phenomena, digital image systems, personal experiences, subjective sensations, mythical stories, and philosophical theories are layered upon one another within them. The medium of painting allows him to juxtapose different levels of abstraction, reality, and fiction to create new forms of connection, while reflecting on culturally determined patterns of world representation.
