🤔 How much energy could I save? What would the investment cost? How long would it take to pay off?

❔ These are the key questions residents of the Hungarian–Croatian border region want the RenewMap app to answer.

📊 In summer 2026, we surveyed internet users in the border region with support from IPSOS. The findings show strong support for the energy transition in both countries, with solar energy seen as the most promising local opportunity. High investment costs and limited financing are major barriers.

📍 Respondents want clear, trustworthy information on savings, costs and payback periods, alongside locally relevant guidance and easy-to-understand maps.
