HUMAN/NATURE - the intention is to gather people together in the spirit of dance and music while having the opportunity to connect and celebrate each other in the midst of creating a commuity. This is the beginning of a movement offering a platform for musical artists to exhibit their talents in different formats, whether it is through musical celebrations, smaller sound gatherings, or private wor
kshops. A % of our profits go towards a foundation that is dedicated to the conservation of ancient, indigenous communities and cultures, as well as the preservation of the land that surrounds them. "In Wechoyén, we carry out voluntary work to support the initiatives of the spiritual leaders and councils of elders of indigenous communities, oriented towards the purpose of cultural strengthening and conservation, safeguarding the biodiversity of their territories, and building harmonious intercultural relations. Our main way of generating resources is through the people who are associated with our organization through unique or periodic contributions, which are entirely destined for the financing of our ongoing projects. Our organization develops activities that promote art and creative culture, focusing on the retribution of resources to the First Nations. To this end, we promote the dissemination of indigenous art, revaluing its principles and sustainable practices in support of the local economies of the communities. In addition, we promote activities with an intercultural perspective, promoting the creation of horizontal links of mutual recognition between the indigenous and non-indigenous world."
