As Director of Controlling and Strategy at Adris Grupa, Hrvoje is responsible for the development and implementation of the Group's controlling system, as well as corporate strategy, business planning, and strategic development initiatives.

He has been with Adris since 2003, taking part in the Group's key transformation projects — from shifts in the business portfolio to development initiatives within individual companies.

We're delighted to welcome Vedrana Jelušić Kašić to the Finance Weekend stage.

One of the most influential figures in regional finance, Vedrana recently joined VÚB banka in Slovakia (part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group) as an advisor for corporate banking.

Until early 2026, she served on the Management Board of Privredna banka Zagreb, leading corporate activities and investment banking.

She brings more than 20 years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she was Director for Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, and Slovakia, and later served as partner for financial advisory at Deloitte Croatia, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and restructuring.

A two-time advisor to the President of Croatia, she has been named among Croatia's 10 most powerful businesswomen five times.

Anton joined Enna Group as Group CFO in 2025, where he leads the company's overall financial operations. With over 20 years in corporate finance — primarily across the pharma and FMCG sectors — he has held senior management roles at renowned companies including Atlantic Grupa, TEVA Pharmaceutical, Coca-Cola, Zagrebačka pivovara, and JGL, both in Croatia and abroad.

His experience spans optimizing and standardizing key financial processes, ERP and business solution implementation, restructuring and transformation, and M&A activity, alongside supporting strategic initiatives across the business.

For Anton, people and team management are the foundation of it all, the key to creating value and positioning finance as a true business partner within the company.
