TAI Centar Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, Yiquan Long ago, a wise man said, "One who does not move their body freely in harmony with the mind is a sick person."

An old and wise saying goes: "Life is movement", because specific and proper movement determines health, emotions, mind, wisdom and intelligence, joy and happiness. Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), Qigong (Chi Kung), and Yiquan (Da Cheng Quan) are mind and body arts and beautiful pearls of Chinese traditional natural methods that people of all ages have been practicing from ancient times to the present

day. They serve to protect the mind and body from illness, can help with many diseases, bring longevity, joy, and happiness, enhance the beauty of the mind and body which have demonstrated through the ages. Without mind and body activity, natural breathing, relaxation, and the free movement of muscles, tendons, and joints, a person cannot be healthy. TAI Centar has been Mario Topolšek's school for traditional martial arts, including Tai Chi Chuan, QiGong, and Yiquan, since 2006.
