Damir Novak bio je svjetski priznati karikaturist, vatrogasac i društveni aktivist iz Malog Mihaljevca. Donosimo njegovu biografiju i opus uz galeriju karikatura.

Today we had an introduction to the cartoon drawing workshop, held at the Centar za kulturu Trešnjevka. Workshop was held by Mia Maraković during our winter handmade products fair and next to the 5. Zegeboom - International Cartoon Exhibition.

Great fun!

Next year we plan anothe international exhibition and a workshop designed for motivate children to start drawing cartoons!

The exhibiton is open 9-24 December 2025 in Trešnjevka Cultural Centre (Zagreb, Croatia).

Zegeboom - International Cartoon Exhibition / ZeGeBOOM! međunarodna izložba karikatura ponovno stiže u galeriju Modulor! 🎨✨

Ovogodišnje, peto izdanje donosi temu „Komunikacija i (međuljudski) odnosi", kako razgovaramo, kako se razumijemo i koliko nas današnje vrijeme spaja ili udaljava. Autori iz cijelog svijeta na to odgovaraju humorom, ironijom i snažnom vizualnom kritikom.

Ove godine zaprimili smo 436 karikatura koje potpisuje 184 autora iz 52 zemlje. U užem izboru nalaze se najkreativnije, najkritičnije i najprovokativnije interpretacije ovogodišnje teme. Selektorica izložbe, mr. sc. Branka Hlevnjak, poziva publiku da kroz radove promisli o tome koliko je iskrena, jasna i otvorena komunikacija važna u svijetu koji se stalno mijenja.

EVERYONE is welcome to send their 1-3 cartoon(s) by 7th November 2025, via official application form.

💪 Selected works will participate in this year's exhibition and step in the year 2026 (9 December 2025 - 6th January 2026) at Centar za kulturu Trešnjevka in Zagreb, Croatia.

After the grand opening (10th December), we are now sharing the full catalogue with all results of the 4th ZeGeBOOM!
