Derrick May: jedan od originalnih Belleville Three, osnivač kultnog Transmat Recordsa i pionir Detroit techna. Derrick May nije samo legenda elektroničke glazbe, on je jedan od ljudi koji su postavili njezine temelje.
Njegova vizija “high-tech soula” zauvijek je promijenila način na koji doživljavamo techno, a klasici poput Strings of Life i danas predstavljaju jedna od najvažnijih izdanja u povijesti elektroničke glazbe. Više od četiri desetljeća inspirira generacije producenata i DJ-eva, a njegovi setovi ostaju emocionalna, nepredvidiva i intenzivna glazbena putovanja. Ne događa se često da jedan od arhitekata moderne club kulture svira na hrvatskoj obali.

His vision of “high-tech soul” changed the way we experience techno forever, while classics like Strings of Life remain among the most influential records in the history of electronic music. For more than four decades, he has inspired generations of producers and DJs, and his sets continue to be emotional, unpredictable and deeply immersive musical journeys. It’s not every day that one of the architects of modern club culture performs on the Croatian coast.
