Proud to present our installation “Pallets” at the Water Light Festival in Brixen as part of the EU project Imagine Peace!

A zero-waste installation that has previously been showcased at Visualia Festival, Essen Light Festival and Copenhagen Light Festival.

Grateful to our hosts and organizers Brixen Cultur, for having us and for making us part of this beautiful story.

Emotions in motion… ❤️

Beyond the installations, beyond the light - this is what Visualia is really about. Moments shared in between. A look, a touch, a quiet pause, a smile in the crowd.☺️

Light brings people together, but it’s the emotion that stays.

Families, friends, strangers - all connected for a second by the same glow, the same feeling, the same experience.

This is the festival through their eyes.
Not just what you see, but what you feel.

Because Visualia was never only about light - it’s about what light awakens in all of us.💫

Dundu - Giants of Light was a special guest at last year’s Visualia Festival, and what a surprise it turned out to be. 💫

After the opening, he moved through the city... and the city followed. Crowds gathered (too many to count), walking alongside him, waving, reaching out for high fives. 👏

There was something about that presence - the scale, the light, but even more the energy he carried. It connected instantly, across all ages. ❤️

For a moment, everyone felt part of something bigger, lighter, almost childlike again.

Thank you and for bringing that magic to life.

13 years later… and 5 days late - (yeah, we’re exactly that kind of people when it comes to anniversaries). 🫣

Back then, Siniša Jean Sambolec created the first mapping for Visualia Studio.

What started as a projection became something much bigger: an introduction to 3D video mapping, to the beauty of audiovisual art, and to what would become Visualia Festival.

Since then, we’ve done a lot. Different projects, different formats, different ideas. But somehow, it always comes back to mapping, light returning to the same building, again and again, each time telling a new story. ✨
.. Maybe late with dates, consistent with light. 💡

POV: nothing goes according to plan… but we still somehow make it work.
Episode 2 = chaos, panic, last-minute ideas and a lucky ending 😂

From progress to result - installation day at the Copenhagen Festival of Lights.

Grateful to present our installation “Pallets”: a story of community, peace, and sustainability.

This installation is a growing archive of words - each one a personal definition of peace, written by many, held together in one shared space.

What does peace mean to you? Write in the comments!

Current situation: Copenhagen Light Festival 📍

Visualia team is in Denmark, installing Pallets - our zero-waste light installation, first presented at the latest Visualia Festival of Light. We’re here as part of .project , a collaboration between five festivals and one institute, and we’re proud to share the festival with artist and our colleague Petar Šćulac and his work Stairs Between Wars.

Want to see how it looks behind the scenes while we install, test, and bring it all to life (with a little winter exploring and good food in between)?

Watch the video and stay tuned for more from Copenhagen!
