I swear I didn’t force them. No threats were made. No contracts were amended after midnight. 😂

But hearing feedback like this after a wedding makes all the planning, emails, logistics, late nights and last-song decisions worth it.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of looking after Sam & Nick’s beautiful wedding just outside Verona, Italy. From the ceremony right through to the final track of the night, I was there as DJ, MC, and wedding director, making sure every part of the day flowed exactly as it should.

Alongside an incredible saxophonist and our production team at Musicology, we handled the music, the atmosphere, the timeline, and all the moving parts that turn a wedding from a collection of moments into a real experience.

A huge thank you to Castello Bevi L’aqua and Andrea for helping us navigate the on-site logistics and making everything run smoothly.

And most importantly, thank you to Sam & Nick for trusting us to be part of such a special day. It was an absolute privilege to help bring your vision to life.

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck… and after this weekend, we’re not arguing with tradition.

What started as a beautiful outdoor celebration with the amazing team at Something Blue Weddings turned into a last-minute move indoors when the weather decided it wanted an invitation too.

Luckily, Plan B was solid, the energy stayed high, and the guests were ready for a party no matter what. And honestly? Sometimes the unexpected moments become the best stories.

The real plot twist came later when the afterparty moved into a proper discotheque at Roxanich Wine & Resort. At that point, the rain had officially lost the battle. The dance floor was packed, the vibes were incredible, and the party went well into the night.

A good reminder that destination weddings aren’t about perfect weather, they’re about great people, great music, and having the right team ready for whatever the day brings.

Big thanks to Something Blue Weddings, the fantastic couple, and everyone who danced through the storm with us.

Some weddings are worth every kilometer.
Yesterday we hit the road for Brooke & Tom’s wedding, and what a day it turned out to be. One of our team members drove more than 30 hours round trip to make it happen. Not exactly the easiest logistics, but when you genuinely love what you do, the journey becomes part of the adventure.

The day started with a beautiful ceremony accompanied by our violinist, followed by cocktail hour and dinner where guests enjoyed live violin music before our saxophonist appeared as a surprise. The reactions were priceless.

As the evening unfolded, violin, saxophone, vocals, percussion, and DJ came together to create one unforgettable party. Our Musicology team also provided the complete sound and lighting production, transforming the space from an elegant wedding setting into a packed dance floor.

People often see the final moments: the dancing, the energy, the packed floor. What they don’t see are the hours on the road, the setup, the planning, and the commitment behind every performance.

But that’s the thing about energy. When you bring the right people together, it spreads. From the first note of the ceremony to the last song of the night, Brooke & Tom’s guests gave us everything, and we gave it right back.
