He's dynamic and consistent effort to promote techno in Central American started in 2001, playing extended sessions at festivals and full moon beach parties on the Bay Islands of the Honduran Caribbean. Balto has traveled the region's electronic music route and has organized some of Honduras most remembered electronic music nights for many years. He is the driving force behind "Modular+", a yearly event involving art and technology that provides training and supports creativity at the capital. "REEF" - Roatan Electronic Experience Festival, is another annual festival organized by his promoting agency "Modular". This one takes place on the beautiful island of Roatan. A must for techno and house enthusiast looking for an exotic adventure. All this has fuelled the production process; he is currently working in the studio and will be releasing new music soon. He’s sound can reach from intense to melancholic, a contrast of approaches that feeds an avid crowd.
