There was a ripping current at Texas on Saturday. We ran into an abandoned anchor and attached ourselves to the rope. Just when we were about leave, a big hammerhead came to check us out. We had a nice long encounter just chilling in the jetstream. We couldn't get any good shots. It was a struggle even to get the camera pointed the right way with the current twisting the arms, strobes and housing around. Thanks to Mickey for cleaning up the proof of life shot.
