一間. A Few Moments

常說錦田特別有人情味，有凝聚力！而《一間》不只是青年館，社區咖啡室，而是青年進行實習，相聚的空間。

特別喜歡《一間》的暑期煙腸實習，每年都會吸引一班青年實習生走訪農田、村落、小店、發掘人與地方之間的小故事。有次走訪了錦田的大街小巷和紅磚屋，更有幸採訪了小店，好感謝煙腸們 - 阿暉、Daisy、Jane、Wing同Lum Lum，還有負責概念、文字、設計和插圖的Andrea和Sammi，為錦田創作了一本《是錦的》實習記，深入介紹錦田獨有的人物故事。我們真的很喜歡！

Carolyn Waweru Jewellery�Hand stitching necklace

Caroline comes from the United Kingdom and shares a special bond with Hong Kong. An internship opportunity brought her to the city, where she ended up staying to pursue a career in knitwear design. There she met her husband and settled down in Hong Kong.
—�Carolyn started her jewellery making journey with a scarf necklace made with an off-cut of silk print fabric and some chunky wooden beads. She found herself overwhelmed with inspiring materials, beautiful beads and colourful ribbons, these treasures were transformed into her hand stitching necklaces, each one a unique work of art.

She hopes that the pieces she makes can bring joy and wonderful memories to those who buy them, wear them and gift them to others.�—
