一群熱愛動手造的青年創客(Maker)，希望透過WeMake是次活動?

活動由賽馬會青創社區系列：「創客教育」計劃的三間參與機構主辦，包括香港小童群益會、香港基督教女青年會、中華基督教禮賢會香港區會社會服務部。
計劃著重青年與成人伙伴合作，結連社區上不同群體人士，針對居民於社區上的需要，由青少年作為改變的創造者。
