A full-body journey. Deep stretch for shoulders, back, legs, and splits. If you’re feeling ready, explore chest stands and chin stands at your own comfort level — totally optional, no pressure.
全身深度伸展之旅:肩膀、背部、腿部及開叉。準備好的話,可以探索胸立式及下巴立式 — 完全自願,冇壓力。
