Refund Arrangement for MATILDA THE MUSICAL
(Ticket Refunds starting from 18 November 2019)
Full refunds will be available from HK Ticketing for tickets purchased via HK Ticketing network. For refund details, please see below:
Tickets Purchased by CREDIT CARD
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days except donated transactions already registered in the Academy's website from 1-10 November 2019.
Tickets Purchased by CASH
1. Please bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 18 November 2019 to 17 December 2019 to process a refund.
2. Business Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
3. An immediate full refund in cash will be made at the Box Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
4. Any Cash Refund requests received after 17 December 2019 will not be processed.
5. Any donated transactions already registered in the Academy's website from 1-10 November 2019 will not be processed.

《MATILDA音樂劇》退票安排
(退票手續由2019年11月18日開始)
透過快達票購買門票的觀眾，請跟從以下步驟作退款。
如使用信用卡購票
門票金額將於四十五個工作天內全數自動退回閣下用以購票之信用卡戶口 (凡於2019年11月1-10日已在香港演藝學院網上提交"捐贈註冊表格"的交易將不受理)。
如使用現金購票
1. 請於2019年11月18日至2019年12月17日，攜同節目門票，於辦公時間內到香港會議展覽中心的快達票售票處辦理退票手續。
2. 辦公時間：星期一至六，早上11時至晚上7時，星期日及公眾假期休息。
3. 退款申請人必須填妥現金退款申請表，連同節目門票一併交回售票處職員，門票金額將全數以現金即時發還。申請人必須即時核對退款及簽收確認。
4. 2019年12月17日後的現金退款申請概不受理。
5. 凡於2019年11月1-10日已在香港演藝學院網上提交"捐贈註冊表格"的交易將不受理。
