Still feeling the resonance of the 16th IEATA International Conference at Endicott College! 🌿✨
I was truly honored to lead my 3-hour workshop, “Flowing Lines: A Bridge Uniting The Body and The Mind.” at the conference last year. We explored the beautiful intersection of movement and Chinese calligraphy — starting with the fluid motion of ribbons to connect with our inner state, and then translating that energy onto paper. 🖌️🎗️
Seeing everyone create their own symbols for “Doorways to Health and Well-being” was a powerful reminder of how the expressive arts can truly be a passport to transformation.
A huge thank you to IEATA for hosting us in such a serene setting, and to everyone who joined my session with such open hearts.
In addition, I published an article “Ink for Mettā” is available in the CAET Journal, Vol. 6, Issue 2. To read it online! 📚👇
