今次，作為主菜，我哋示範點樣修復一張有摺痕嘅殿堂級經典電影舊海報 ——《疤面煞星》

同樣，我哋用咗中國畫裱法嘅技巧，再配合特製黏合剂，喺海報背面加上一層薄薄的宣紙作為支撐面，令海報更加平整、緊緻又順滑... "純（順）度幾乎達到99.99 ％Pure coke！＂😎

We continue sharing the art of Chinese-style mounting for vintage movie posters.This time, as the main course, we show how to restore a creased masterpiece — 《Scarface》

Again, we used traditional Chinese mounting techniques with our special adhesive. By backing the poster with a thin layer of mulberry paper, the surface becomes flatter, tighter, and smoother… “almost reaches 99.99%! Tight! Tight! Tight!" 😎

今個星期，我哋同大家分享幾張經典電影舊海報嘅裱法。
首先，作為頭盤，我哋示範點樣修復一張有摺痕嘅舊海報 ——《Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing》(1955)，由 William Holden 同 Jennifer Jones 主演，故事背景係香港，講述一位記者同一位歐亞醫生嘅浪漫愛情。

呢張舊海報，我哋用咗中國畫裱法嘅技巧，再配合特製黏合技術，喺海報背面加上一層薄薄的宣紙作為支撐層，令海報更加平整、緊緻又順滑...幾乎完全再睇唔到摺痕！😎

This week we share some old classic movie posters. First, we show how to fix a creased poster of Love Is a Many-Splendored Thing (1955), starring William Holden and Jennifer Jones. The story is set in Hong Kong about a journalist and a Eurasian doctor in love.

For this wrinkled poster, we used a Chinese mounting method. With our special glue, we backed the poster with thin mulberry paper. This made the poster flat, tight, and smooth — almost no creases left.

呢件古典畫作藝術品具有濃烈的中亞卡夫坦Kaftan風格。 卡夫坦長袍上（或者畫作）通常飾有複雜的金色或金色刺繡圖案，背景常為黑色或深色，以突出長袍的色彩，经常用於土耳其或中東風格的室內裝飾。 為咗突出畫作，我哋選用金屬感強烈的銀箔框，讓觀眾品味石器古風與青銅文明碰撞出來的火花！ 再配以博物館玻璃，將奧圖曼能歌善舞的宮廷文化永續流傳。

This artwork shows the strong Central Asian Kaftan style. The robe has golden embroidery with a dark background, making the colors stand out. It is often used in Turkish or Middle Eastern interiors. We chose a shiny silver frame to highlight the piece, mixing the feel of ancient stone and bronze culture. With museum‑grade glass, the lively Ottoman palace tradition can be preserved for the future.

3月下旬我哋首次略有介紹过珍藏咭嘅裝裱藝術。如果上次比喻為港產片製作，咁今次就係荷里活片級數！因為據說，上帝關了一道門尚且只會為你開啓一扇窗；而今次裝裱過程，我哋為客人嘅大量珍藏咭，在RagMat卡紙上足足開了170個窗！！！行業尊稱：Multi Windows🌈

呢次大製作我哋藝文出動元老級師傅，投入數十小時將珍藏咭用人手逐張逐張貼上去，製作難度及需要的技巧、耐性和心機可想而知！🥹🥹 我哋更采用意大利🇮🇹VALIANI🇮🇹進口切割機，它專門處理裱框咭紙，例如RagMat無酸紙的定制尺寸、形狀或者開口切割（Window Opening)。

我哋不惜人力物力，但求盡善盡美。抱持＂萬物皆可裱＂的精神，如果大家手上有珍貴物品想永續流傳，隨時歡迎同我哋嘅專業團隊傾傾☺️❤️

In late March we introduced the art of framing collectible cards. If last time was like a local Hong Kong film, this time it’s Hollywood level! They say when one door closes, a window opens — and in this project we opened 170 windows on RagMat matboard for our client’s treasured cards -- “Multi Windows.” 🌈

Our senior craftsmen spent dozens of hours carefully mounting each card by hand, showing the skill, patience, and dedication required. We also used the Italian VALIANI cutting machine, designed for matboard like RagMat acid‑free paper, to achieve precise custom cuts and window openings.

With the spirit of “everything can be framed,” if you have precious items to preserve, our professional team is always ready to help. ❤️
