🔥 Global Service Jam always creates such an energetic buzz for us at MAKE Studios Hong Kong.

⚡ MAKErs Fei Kwok and Clara Aparisi introduced the importance of and at the event. A highlight of the event for us was seeing how these phases landed with all participants, like the paper airplane activity. Participants tested how far their paper airplane could go - learning from their first throw to see what they could do differently the second time for their paper airplane to go further. This activity shows that there are many ways of prototyping, and that testing and iterating to innovate proves to show that these phases are such an important of the Design Thinking process.

💥 It was great to see many familiar faces and to meet so many new ones! We’re already looking forward to next year’s Global Service Jam and all the energy it brings!
