✨ Pure stage magic! Revisit these spectacular moments from June 7th featuring Bolshoi Ballet Principal Elizaveta Kokoreva and HKB Principal Yonen Takano in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚! Their world-class technique left our audience completely spellbound. 👑

❤️ The final performance of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒚 also marked the beautiful conclusion of HKB’s entire 2025/26 season! We also share the news that Principal Yonen Takano, Soloist Ma Renjie, Coryphée Basil James, and Corps de Ballet Rio Fukunaga will be leaving the Company. HKB’s Artistic Director, Septime Webre, expressed our deepest appreciation on stage, wishing these brilliant dancers the absolute best as they step into their brand-new journeys! 🩰

【HK Ballet x Chinachem Silver Ballet Ambassador Training Camp | 港芭 x 華懋「銀髮芭蕾」推廣大使訓練營】

Last week, 60 Silver Ballet alumni (ages 55–85) reunited in their new roles as Silver Ballet Ambassadors. The one-week camp featured four days of workshops, including an introduction to the classic ballet production The Sleeping Beauty, an art and craft session, and dance practice. On the final day, they performed a beautiful dance demonstration inspired by the beloved fairytale, showcasing everything they had learned, in front of an audience of over 100 guests. Each participant also received complimentary ticket to watch The Sleeping Beauty by Hong Kong Ballet, turning their journey into an unforgettable ballet experience.

The dance demonstration welcomed distinguished guests including Ms Heidi Lee (Executive Director of Hong Kong Ballet), Ms Amy Wu (Director of Corporate Communications, Chinachem Group), Ms Yen Lee (Associate Director of Corporate Communications, Chinachem Group), and Mr Lam Chiu Ying (林超英 Lam Chiu Ying), our Star Silver Ballet Ambassador, who joined the dance with his wife and shared heartfelt reflections from his Silver Ballet experience last year.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their enthusiastic engagement, as well as many dedicated participants who have taken part in every Silver Ballet Camp and Silver Ballet: Dare to Dream, proving that it is never too late to dance and shine!

What a joyful celebration of movement and connection! A big thank you to Chinachem Group for making this meaningful community programme possible.

上週，60位年齡介乎55至 85歲的「銀髮芭蕾」學員再次相聚，並以全新身份 ―「銀髮芭蕾推廣大使」亮相。整個訓練營為期一週，參加者在四天的工作坊中深入認識經典芭蕾舞劇《睡美人》，並參與芭蕾舞飾物製作及舞蹈練習。在最後一天的舞蹈成果展中，一眾銀髮舞者為超過 100位嘉賓帶來一段優雅動人的舞蹈演出。每位參加者更獲贈《睡美人》演出門票，親身走進劇院欣賞完整製作，將學習旅程昇華為難忘的藝術體驗。

我們非常榮幸邀請到多位嘉賓蒞臨支持舞蹈成果展，包括香港芭蕾舞團行政總監李易璇、華懋集團企業傳訊總監胡秀汶、華懋集團企業傳訊副總監李頌欣，以及曾參與「銀髮芭蕾」的星級推廣大使林超英，他更攜同太太一同參與互動舞蹈環節，並分享去年參與「銀髮芭蕾」的深刻感受。

【Peter Pan Creative Ballet in Practice Project《小飛俠 》創意芭蕾實踐計劃】

HUGE congratulations to six fantastic primary schools who enthusiastically completed the 10-month Peter Pan: Creative Ballet in Practice Project! From the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and presented in partnership with Hong Kong Ballet (HKB), this popular arts programme at local schools features engaging ballet exploration with experienced instructors, interactive costume and prop workshops and inspiring performances throughout the year. Students had an unforgettable adventure with a host of colourful characters like Peter Pan, Wendy, Captain Hook, Tinkerbell and more! From attending dynamic HKB performances and a lively The Nutcracker dress rehearsal to intimate studio visits and hands-on creative workshops, they dived deeply into the world of ballet and brought Peter Pan’s fantastical Neverland to life with props and costumes that they designed themselves. Their magical ballet journey concluded last month with exciting finale performances and reflection sessions at each school, and we had almost 4,000 audience members celebrating the students’ creativity, confidence and limitless imaginations. Let’s take a look back at some of our favourite moments!

衷心祝賀六所卓越的小學，圓滿完成為期10個月的《小飛俠》創意芭蕾實踐計劃！
此廣受歡迎的藝術教育項目由康樂及文化事務署主辦，並與港芭攜手合辦，為本地學校帶來內容豐富的芭蕾藝術體驗。計劃涵蓋由資深導師帶領的芭蕾探索課程、互動服裝及道具工作坊，以及全年多場啟發性的演出活動。學生們與彼得潘、溫蒂、虎克船長、小叮噹等色彩繽紛的角色，一同展開一段難忘的奇幻旅程！從欣賞港芭精彩演出、《胡桃夾子》熱鬧的彩排，到深入舞團排練室參觀，以及參與富創意的實作工作坊，學生們全方位投入芭蕾世界，更親手設計道具與服裝，將奇幻的夢幻島活現眼前。這段魔法般的芭蕾之旅於上月圓滿落幕，各校舉行了精彩的總結演出及分享環節，吸引約4,000名觀眾，一同見證學生們的創意、自信與無限想像力讓我們一起重溫這段難忘的精彩時刻！

He hyped the performance so hard, saying it was so damn good that even if he drops zero cash on shopping this year, he’s gonna go learn ballet! Brian’s wife, Annie, a former member of the Korean girl group and a dancer-choreographer herself, shared that having caught countless ballet shows worldwide, this is officially one of her absolute favorites! On 30 May, we had the honour of welcoming back Hong Kong star Tirion Law for a masterclass. Tirion’s ballet journey spans from her early training here in Hong Kong to her rise to The National Ballet of Canada Principal Dancer. Ahead of her upcoming performances as Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty this month, we are thrilled that she stopped by the Academy to share her brilliant artistry and expertise with our students.

Her precise, detailed guidance for every movement made it a transformative learning experience for everyone. The hard-working students left deeply inspired and armed with practical knowledge to apply to their dancing.✨

5月30日，我們十分榮幸能邀請出身香港、現任加拿大國家芭蕾舞團首席舞者、前港芭舞者羅樂萱，蒞臨香港芭蕾舞學院親自教授大師班！她6月參演港芭《睡美人》，飾演愛麗娜公主。我們非常高興她能在演出前到訪學院， 並藉此在大師班上為本地舞者及芭蕾愛好者分享專業知識。
