Dr Yanling Zhou brings attendees into a warm sanctuary for a 2.5-hour workshop focused on the Sacral Chakra (the centre of emotion and creativity) and the element of water.
Move through gentle, fluid yoga to awaken the body; nourish your senses with orange-spectrum foods (mango, sweet potatoes, the finest dark chocolate) and essential oils. Create intuitive, flowing watercolour art—with no pressure, only play, in a deeply supportive women’s circle.
