fantastic a place it is, actually lacks a prolific independent art and film scene. We want to fill this void with a film festival that will bring international independent films to Hong Kong and expose Hong Kong to the independent film world. In our inaugural year we selected and screened 70 films out of 1800 submissions from all over the world. The Third Culture Film Festival was founded by Harry Oram & Faiyaz Jafri.
