Mr Alex’s classes will start from 23rd Sep (Saturday ) and he’ll be teaching 2 classes every Saturday:
-12pm - 1:30pm ballet (intermediate to advanced)
- 1:30pm -3pm (ballet variation class)

The classes are for:
🌟 dancers with fundamental knowledge of ballet (2 or more years experience)
🌟dancers who want to receive professional guidance on how to improve jumps and pirouettes

We are pleased to announce that our school offers ballet classes to young children starting from the age of three. We teach Russian Ballet in the Vaganova Method, and we are the only school in Hong Kong with GIDC certification recognized by UNESCO. The AD International Ballet School spans 3000 square feet and features a Harlequin Marley Floor. We also offer adult-beginner and adult-advanced classes. We place great importance on allowing learners to express themselves through art and dance. We ensure that all students have ample space to feel free and a safe environment to become confident dancers.

我們很高興地宣布，我們學校為 3 歲起的幼兒開設芭蕾舞課程。我們以華加諾娃方法教授俄羅斯芭蕾舞，我們是香港唯一擁有聯合國教科文組織認可的 GIDC 認證的學校。 AD 國際芭蕾舞學校佔地 3000 平方尺，設有 Harlequin Marley 地板。我們還提供成人初級和成人高級課程。我們非常重視讓學習者通過藝術和舞蹈來表達自己。我們確保所有學生都有充分的自由空間和安全的環境來成為自信的舞者。

Hello dancers! Hope everyone’s staying dry and safe today. Good news to lighten the day: soloist dancer Mr. Alex Yap from Jong Kong Ballet is doing to teach two back to back classes (a class and a variation) from 23rd September (Saturday onwards). He’s going to be on schedule from 12 to 1:30 pm (advanced class) and 1:30 to 3pm (variation) every Saturday.

從9月23日開始，香港芭蕾舞团的獨舞員 Mr Alex Yap 將會加入AD Ballet，並於每週六中午十二點到一點半（芭蕾高級班）和 一點半到三點 （芭蕾變奏班）教授兩節課。歡迎大家私信或者WhatsApp 46703382 訂課！

a bio of Mr Alex:

Alexander Yap is an exciting new talent in the ballet world. He was born in London and after graduating from the Royal Ballet School his professional career started at Northern Ballet before joining Birmingham Royal Ballet where he danced under the guidance of David Bintley and Carlos Acosta.

Alexander says, “dance enables me to be a living embodiment of emotion. The sensation is completely freeing and I can’t help but feel how lucky I am to be able to share this with the world”

His repertoire with these companies include Sir Peter Wright’s Swan Lake, MacMillan’s Concerto, David Bintley’s Giselle, Carlos Acosta’s Don Quixote, Kenneth MacMillan’s Romeo and Juliet, Other repertoire includes Bintley’s Cinderella, The King Dances and Beauty and the Beast, Twyla Tharp’s Nine Sinatra Songs, Jack Lister’s A Brief Nostalgia, Goyo Montero’s Chacona and more.

Alexander currently holds a position with Hong Kong Ballet as a Leading Soloist and has performed at various galas.

AD Ballet is going to perform with the HK Ballet Group on 12th November. We will do 3 dances from Swan Lake ballet.
