Introducing I AM: an interface of live art and the dining experience.

“What do you feel like?” “What are you in the mood for?”
I AM takes these questions to a deeper level by presenting patrons with creative culinary manifestations of a variety of moods, atmospheres, or personalities. The I AM team of artists and event planners collaborates with various food and beverage partners to provide food and drinks prepared as an interpretation of specific moods and themes that patrons will explore. The defining feature of these experiences centers around the expression of different answers to the question “Who am I?” through food, beverage, and theatricality of presentation.
