Dolly Zoom is achieved by zooming a zoom lens to adjust the angle of view while the camera moves toward or away from the subject. So follow simple three steps to make the dolly zoom effect hyperlapse (even with your phone camera):
1. take a photo
2. move backwards or forward
3. zoom in or out
4. take another photo
5. repeat necessary amount of times
6. use Adobe Premiere/After Effects or some other video editor to put the photos together.
