We have worked for weeks to provide a fun and fair gaming experience for all our players. Last week, we faced many setbacks in resolving several unexpected issues on the new server. Despite the absence of the Game Master in the game while working on several issues, none of the solutions and upgrades sent by the DEV and applied to stop the excessive disconnections, maintenance, and bugs on the server seemed effective in improving everyoneβs gameplay.
As a last resort, our moderation and DEV team, not expecting that there are still players focused on disrupting and manipulating the gameplay of an entire community, sought to investigate and map the logs of some players suspected and reported of abusing bugs in items and features in game, where evidence of such acts against the community was found. To protect and preserve the integrity of the server from new players who might abuse bugs against the game, the features and items used to sabotage the communityβs gameplay will not be announced here.
βοΈ We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, bug abuse, verbal or cyber attacks against the server and moderation. The security team has carefully applied monitoring to ensure fair play and will effectively penalize players who do not adhere to these policies.
π The final decision and measure was the permanent and irreversible BAN/DELETION of ALL accounts belonging to players who were abusing several bugs.

Soon we will announce compensations for all players who, even after this turbulent week, remained loyal and kept their faith that the server will move forward.
