We’re honoured! Dance Nefertiti has just been awarded the "Best Award – Outstanding Leader in Cultural Authenticity"at the BDA Brand Award 2026!

This recognition celebrates our commitment to preserving authentic Egyptian & Middle Eastern folklore — bringing Egypt's national folkloric dance tradition to Hong Kong with heart, discipline, and respect for culture.

This award is specially dedicated to our beloved mentor and Artistic Director, Mr. Osama Emam, as well as the Consulate General of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Hong Kong, for their unwavering support and guidance in our shared mission to promote authentic Egyptian culture.

Heartfelt thanks to the esteemed Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) and all judges for this recognition, and to every dancer, teacher, and supporter who dances this journey with us.

7月23日是埃及國慶的大日子， 為慶祝埃及 74 周年國慶，埃及駐香港總領事館特於7月21日在香港故宮文化博物館舉辦埃及國慶招待會。Dance Nefertiti 極之榮幸獲埃及駐香港總領事館的信任及支持，讓我們能夠在這重要的日子一起參與這份慶典！

【Egyptian National Day Reception】

July 23 marks the grand occasion of Egypt’s National Day. To celebrate the 74th Anniversary of National Day, the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong hosted a grand reception on July 21 at the Hong Kong Palace Museum. Dance Nefertiti is deeply honored to receive the trust and support of the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong, allowing us to partake in this significant celebration! Dance Nefertiti was deeply honored to be trusted and supported by the Consulate General of Egypt in Hong Kong, allowing us to take part in this significant milestone!

In addition to assisting with co-organizing the reception, Dance Nefertiti extends our heartfelt gratitude to H.E. Mr. Baher Farouk Ahmed Sheweikhi, Consul General of Egypt in Hong Kong, for giving us the incredible opportunity to perform traditional Egyptian celebratory dances for the Consulate General and distinguished guests.
